Todo-list sites and tools

There are many of these lists and even more GTD tools with checklist features and more advanced stuff, but when @maoneill asked for suggestions i thought i'd update my list and share it with you.

Here are some of the tools i know, add yours in the comments if you like.

online:

iPhone: (links go to the iTunes app store)

desktop (mac):

more:

even more:

I tested many of these within the last years, changed a lot depending on my projects and tasks and mood. One thing is for sure: There is not THE tool for everyone and every condition. Don't want to go too deep into that topic here cause it's huge but i think you have to find the tools that you like to work with, your own way to organize things and tease your productivity. Getting things done is not (only) a question of tools.

I'm mostly using things and taskpaper at the moment, but i also like to use my moleskine and write down tasks by hand sometimes. Feel free to add links and ideas in the comments below. Thank you.

apps on my iPhone today

Some people have been asking for this...

These are the apps i have installed today.
I have some more that i like but don't use so often.
Actually i cleaned up a bit and deleted some.

The second pic shows all iPhone apps i have in iTunes - that's a little more than i have installed on the iPhone itself and just a glimpse of all apps i have ever installed. I cleaned up and deleted most of them just a few days ago.

Usually i install, test and delete 1-10 apps per week. Only some make it for a longer time ;)

I think posterous needs a keyboard navigation feature and an iphone/mobile version for better reading experience

hard to read on the iphone without zooming.
I'd love to see a "light" version for the iphone.

Photo

and... like i said so many times before i'm so into
google readers and dropulars keyboard navigation (not on the iphone of course but in your browser) :)
would be a great experience for picture galleries AND all subsciption articles
to move through them by hitting the arrow keys.
